Facility Rental: Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Please note maximum capacity in The Basketball Court with Theater Style 400 Chairs and with Round Tables 250 Chairs. We can have an additional 100 chairs in multipurpose can be set. 
  2. Kitchen use for the purpose of keeping food warm and preparation of food only. NO cooking will be allowed in the kitchen. 
  3. Floor Manager on site during event will be responsible to give access to lights, sound, and air conditioning/heating including 1. Security Guard and 1. Cleaning Personnel.
  4. No DJ’s, Music, or Dance activity will be permitted in any area of Chino Valley Islamic Center. 
  5. No Alcohol will be permitted in any area of Chino Valley Islamic Center.
  6. No pork or pork product will be permitted in any area Chino Valley Islamic Center.
  7. If applicant doesn’t want regular chairs and tables from CVIC and wants other special chairs and tables then applicant will be responsible for providing and renting their own tables, chairs, stage, and supplies for their event.
  8. CVIC can provide a list of preferred vendors but all payments will need to be made directly by the customer to the vendor and if customer has his/her own vendor he/she can do everything by self.
  9. CVIC has a list of approved caterers that can be offered to the customer if they wish to use them.  Applicant will be responsible for direct arrangement and payments to the food caterers.
  10. All vendors and caterers shall present in advance certificate of insurance pursuant to the guidelines and requirements of CVIC.
  11. Hours of operation are limited to Monday through Sunday 10:00am – 10:00pm and Friday and Saturday 10:00am – 11:00 pm.
  12. Use of any of CVIC Facility/Services may be denied and the application rejected due to the following reasons:

 

    1. Chino Valley Islamic Center is physically incapable of accommodating the proposed activity due to the nature of the activity or the number of people estimated to be in attendance.
    2. The Applicant has failed to demonstrate its ability to provide adequate security to assure that the event is conducted in a safe manner.
    3. The applicant has failed to comply with one or more of the conditions of this agreement.
    4. The activity is likely to cause physical damage to Chino Valley Islamic Center or its equipment.

 

Note:  $500.00 refundable (Check, or Money-Order) Security Deposit is required to Complete Reservation.  Security Deposit WILL NOT be returned if any item is misused, damaged, or broken.
